Found a Photoshop technique I need to play with more using the high pass filter on Creative Bloq. It turned the stretched colors more into glass and less digitized look. Part of me wants to go the opposite route and make some large pixelated blocks horizontally offset. The water already creates horizontal breaks...they just look annoying though.

Shot from McClintock Bridge. with some Photoshop editing to remove pylon and add some streaks. Probably could use more work.

Auto settings on Canon EOS Rebel T6 - literally had the camera for an hour and decided to try some night photography. Touched this photo up a little bit in Photoshop, but it was the best of the worst.

ISO 100 f/16 30 secs with a Canon EF 75-300mm

A little better night shot with new lens and manual settings. Still some touchup work and still not happy with focus.
